We are pleased to announce the new dates for our gradar user training for customers. Improve your knowledge of gradar or build a solid foundation for using the software effectively. By exchanging ideas in small groups, you will also benefit from the practical insights and experiences of other participants.

Spots are allocated on a first come, first served basis. There are a maximum of 8 places available. Please click on the desired date to register.
Once the training date and available spots have been checked, you will receive a confirmation email. If all spots are taken, we will gladly put you on the waiting list and give you priority for the next training session.
Who is it designed for?
For specialists and managers from HR, Compensation & Benefits, People Ops or HR generalists who want to use gradar for the first time or want to become more confident in its use (Module 1) and for those who have already evaluated some positions and now want to prepare for the next steps (Module 2).
If you are already confident with the setup and job evaluation in gradar, you may be able to attend Module 2 without having completed Module 1. Please speak to your account manager for an objective assessment.

Terms of payment:
Payment is due before the start of the training.
Cancellation:
If you are unable to attend, please inform us as soon as possible.
If you cancel more than 48 hours before the training, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel within 48 hours of the training, we will refund 50% of the participation fee.

With international experience and in-depth HR expertise, she is a driving force behind equal opportunities and transparency in companies.
Senior Manager and team lead in Compensation & Benefits with around 9 years of experience in global HR structures. Focus areas include job architecture and job catalogs, grading/job evaluation methodologies, pay structures and benchmarking, as well as SAP SuccessFactors. Experienced in leading international rollouts incl. processes and trainings; also strong in change and project management.
Jackson consults companies in technology, healthcare and non-profits on compensation strategy aligned with business goals. He analyzes pay equity, job leveling and market benchmarking to enable data-driven decisions. His strengths lie in data analytics, client relationships and clear communication of complex topics.
