At gradar, we’re on a mission to make job evaluation and pay transparency available on a global scale to organisations of all shapes and sizes.
We charge licence fees - but we offer a 20% discount for charities with less than 300 employees. This is about helping worthy causes benefit from job architecture and compensation solutions previously unavailable to them.
To qualify for our 20% non-profit discount, you must be a registered nonprofit organisation with fewer than 300 employees and a minimum 50% of revenue from donations and legacies. Organisations who want to upgrade to our Enterprise Complete edition need only pay the difference between the two.
Please note, the following organisations aren’t eligible:
Business and professional organisations
Legislative or political organisations
Churches, an association of churches or other religious organisations
Government offices
Libraries and museums, unless financed exclusively by private donations
