Founder & CEO

I founded gradar after many years working in job grading and reward management - areas where I saw a need for clearer, more accessible tools. With a background in compensation consulting and HR Tech, I’ve spent decades helping organisations design transparent, scalable and fair pay structures.

I’m passionate about making job evaluation easier to understand and apply, whether for SMEs, global enterprises or independent consultants. I’m also committed to driving innovation in job architecture, pay transparency and modern rewards - helping organisations everywhere move toward clearer, more equitable practices.

Hi there, I’m Lisanne! With a background in international HR, rewards strategy and operational leadership, I spend most of my time working on job grading and rewards topics for global organisations - as well as speaking at HR events around the world, sharing insights on job architecture, pay transparency and equal pay.

I’m proud to be one of the youngest female executives in Europe’s SaaS scale-up scene and a graduate of the EU’s Women Leadership Program in 2023. As a Co-Founder of the Pay Transparency Alliance, I’m committed to helping move the industry and your organisation toward fairer, more transparent pay practices.

A message from Phil

Hi,

I’m Philipp - Founder and CEO of gradar. Thanks for stopping by to learn more about us.

gradar started in 2014, when a few friends and I set out to rethink how job grading and reward management could work. After years in consultancy, I knew organisations needed something simpler, more transparent and far easier to own themselves.

What began in my basement (yes, seriously!) is now a global HR Tech platform that brings job grading, competencies, compensation analytics and equal pay reporting together in one place - purpose-built for today’s era of pay transparency.

At gradar, our mission is clear - to empower organisations to manage their rewards with confidence, meet the requirements of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and build a long-term future of pay equity. If that’s something you’re exploring, I’d love to chat.
