I’m Philipp - Founder and CEO of gradar. Thanks for stopping by to learn more about us.
gradar started in 2014, when a few friends and I set out to rethink how job grading and reward management could work. After years in consultancy, I knew organisations needed something simpler, more transparent and far easier to own themselves.
What began in my basement (yes, seriously!) is now a global HR Tech platform that brings job grading, competencies, compensation analytics and equal pay reporting together in one place - purpose-built for today’s era of pay transparency.
