An Event To Remember: The 2025 gradar Partner Summit

gradar recently hosted its first-ever Partner Summit in sunny Mallorca, bringing together more than 20 gradar-certified rewards consultants from across Europe. The two-day event was a vibrant mix of collaboration, learning, and insight-sharing, all aimed at elevating job evaluation in an ever-evolving HR landscape. With a perfect blend of knowledge exchange, engaging discussions, and some seriously good food, it’s fair to say that our first Summit was a resounding success.

Day 1: Innovation & Insights

Our Summit attendees travelled to Mallorca from across the continent, joining us from Finland, the Netherlands, Germany and beyond. Many operate on a global scale, helping to make the Summit rich with diverse perspectives and global insights. 

The first day kicked off with gradar's missions and big goals for 2025. We talked through some of the changes and challenges that the industry is facing, and introduced the developments gradar is taking to tackle them. With exciting things on the horizon for the platform and its users, it was a great opportunity to check in with our partners.

Next up was a deep dive into the work each of our gradar-certified partners does - and just how they do it. Representing some of the best talent management and compensation experts in the business, our partners shared complex project insights spanning diverse industries and geographies.

Each partner had prepared a best practice presentation that broke down one of their consulting projects and outlined its goals, strategy, implementation and results. They shared how they’d leveraged the gradar platform to maximise efficiency and engrain objective job evaluation into their processes. 

From using gradar to build a complete job architecture from the ground up, to using it to implement executive grading and address legacy gaps, our partners shared valuable insights on how gradar has helped them get the best results for their clients. 

After a busy day of presentations, knowledge exchange and rich discussion, it was time to kick back. The first day of the Summit drew to a close with a delicious fusion dinner - a relaxed chance for everyone to go beyond the PPTs and get to know each other better. 

Day 2: Collaboration in Action 

Time for round two! The second day of the Summit saw more insightful best practice presentations from our gradar-certified partners, as well as a valuable deep-dive into third-party approaches.

After a lunch break, it was back to work with a hands-on gradar-led workshop on customer profiles and the gradar process. This involved breaking down into smaller teams to collaboratively design an ideal customer process.

Beyond being a great chance to work with other experts, this was an opportunity for our attendees to roll up their sleeves and put everything they’d learned from the best practice presentations into action. 

What was so valuable about this workshop - as well as the Q&A exchanges at the end of each best practice presentation - was the opportunity it gave to tackle issues together. Because ultimately, as we enter a new era of pay transparency, this knowledge exchange and collaboration within our industry will be more critical than ever. 

When it comes to navigating emerging legislation, such as the EU Directive on Pay Transparency, it’ll take expert collaboration with a global scope to stay ahead in fostering transparent and fair pay structures that go beyond borders. 

Throughout the two days, as our expert partners shared their key wins, tough challenges and vital lessons learned along the way, we were busy taking notes. This feedback is invaluable in helping gradar to continue to develop and improve our platform. Because our ultimate aim for the year ahead? To keep getting the very best results for our gradar-certified partners and their clients.
