Advanced Integration

Daily, unidirectional reading of employee data, locations and employees to support with compensation analysis and gender pay gap reporting within gradar.

Bidirectional writing of up to 14 standard information fields - such as job title, areer path, grade and pay band - from gradar back to the employee profiles in your HR system.

Premium Integration

Only available for HRIS that have the job entity in the system via an interface.

Daily,unidirectional reading of employee data, locations and employees to support with compensation analysis and gender pay gap reporting within gradar.

Unidirectional reading of "positions" to gradar, writing of degrees and other variables to “positions” in the HRIS.
